CLIENT ASK
Pickering Energy hosted their first in-person conference after the pandemic and wanted a BIG impact. They wanted to give attendees the feel of a festival with the content & networking of a conference.
EXECUTION
Once booked at Fair Market, we began designing with the theme of a music festival intertwined with technology. Our creative proposal included a registration desk mirrored after trussing used to build festival stages, food truck lunch menus, fresh juice bar and two stages running energy focused content all day.
The space needed to be treated for sound and filming so alongside other treatments, we also designed and built rolling walls that had two purposes: absorb sound for filming and act as a conference room workspace with white boards and office supplies.
We brought in an artist to document their event in real time. Once the event was over we sent the final painting to their office as a souvenir.
