CLIENT ASK
Visit Fort Worth’s activation during SXSW 2022 had the goal of showcasing major Fort Worth brands and artists and marketing their three main pillars, The Fort Worth Film Commission, Hear Fort Worth and Fort Worth Sports to SXSW attendees.
EXECUTION
Partnering with with Visit Fort Worth’s marketing team, we designed a three day activation of music, panels and whiskey tasting. To bring the culture of the city alive, we designed a festival music stage featuring a 20 ft LED video back wall, touched on the modern west with a Rhinestone Western Saddle in disco ball style, custom panel stage design, podcast studio production and worked with subsidiary stakeholders, Paramount+, 1883, Lucchese and TX Whiskey to execute their activations.
